It’s almost that time of the year again! We’ve gotten through the year’s big snow storm. The groundhog was shadow-less. The days are getting longer. But it’s still cold and spring fever is setting it! 

I don’t care what time of the year it is, Ocean City, MD will always be one of my favorites. If you grew up in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York and even New Jersey you’ve been here. Like any beach town, locals cringe peak season but since Ocean City draws from so many near-by states, you can’t deny it’s profitable markets.

Rarely available, true 2-bedroom, 2 full bath OCEANFRONT condo in the Beachmark building. This condo is in the heart of mid-town making the property even more desirable. Since there are not a ton of high-rises around, it allows you to spread out on the beach!
There was a substantial renovation in 2018, just shortly after the owner purchased it. In 2018 new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) floors were installed throughout. This unit is on the main level, making running in and out so simple. There’s a community pool that sits on the oceanfront. There are 2 parking spaces assigned to this unit (one covered parking and one in the open lot). There is a community laundry room on the main level. The owner purchased this for his own personal use and barely rented it out. The condition and finishes are reflective of that.
